What you'll be doing:

  • You identify and acquire new customers across the Italian market, managing the entire sales cycle
  • You conduct market research to understand local customer needs and refine sales strategies accordingly
  • You deliver product demos and provide tailored solutions to potential clients
  • You collaborate with teams to improve messaging, product offerings, and internal workflows

What you bring to the table:

  • You are a native Italian speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
  • You love communicating and genuinely enjoy interacting with different personalities, and you thrive in our vibrant office located in the heart of Berlin
  • You work with a high level of responsibility, are proactive, and highly motivated
  • Ideally, you already have experience in direct customer interactions, preferably in B2B or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sectors (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Human Resources, Event Management, etc.)

    Hiring Manager Interview

    Im nächsten Schritt werden wir ein ca. 20-minütiges Gespräch mit deinem zukünftigen Hiring Manager planen. Dabei geht es darum, mehr über deine Erfahrung und Fähigkeiten zu erfahren und dir einen tieferen Einblick in die täglichen Aufgaben und Erwartungen in dieser Position zu geben.

    Case Study

    Zum Abschluss wirst du eine Case Study bearbeiten, um einen besseren Eindruck von der Rolle zu bekommen und deine Fähigkeiten zu zeigen. Hierfür laden wir dich zu einem einstündigen Besuch in unser Office ein, wo du dein zukünftiges Team und weitere wichtige Personen persönlich kennenlernen kannst.

  • Final

    Sobald alles passt, werden wir den Vertrag finalisieren und dir alle nötigen Informationen zukommen lassen.
