As a Revenue Operations Associate, you’re not just streamlining operations; you’re transforming how we work across departments. You’ll be at the center of a high-impact, cross-functional engine, using data, automation, and cutting-edge tools (including AI) to unlock efficiency and fuel growth across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and beyond.
Your responsibilities:
- You identify in collaboration with the RevOps Lead, GTM bottlenecks and help implement smart, scalable workflows that improve efficiency and team experience
- You take ownership of our GTM tech stack; together with the RevOps Lead, you evaluate, optimize, and structure tool usage to enable every team to do their best work
- You support the evaluation and optimization of our GTM tech stack (e.g. HubSpot) and learn how to use tools effectively to drive business impact
- You analyse GTM data, identify trends, and contribute to actionable, data-driven recommendations in close collaboration with your team and cross-functional stakeholders
- You create dashboards and reports; both proactively and per request of stakeholders
- You become the go-to person for experimenting with internal AI tools, automations, and no-code solutions to help future-proof the way we work
About you:
You can be anything! Diverse backgrounds are very welcome. What matters is that:
- You see broken processes and think: “I can fix this”
- You get excited by new tools and can quickly evaluate, adopt, and teach them; from analytics platforms like Amplitude to enrichment tools like Apollo or Clay
- You thrive on structure and bring a data-first mindset to every problem
- You’ve dabbled in automation and no-code tools and have a solid grasp of business fundamentals
- You've already worked with AI tools and know of the use cases where AI can help make the processes more efficient
- You’re fluent in English and comfortable working across teams, roles, and tools

Zum Abschluss wirst du eine Case Study bearbeiten, um einen besseren Eindruck von der Rolle zu bekommen und deine Fähigkeiten zu zeigen. Hierfür laden wir dich zu einem einstündigen Besuch in unser Office ein, wo du dein zukünftiges Team und weitere wichtige Personen persönlich kennenlernen kannst.

Sobald alles passt, werden wir den Vertrag finalisieren und dir alle nötigen Informationen zukommen lassen.
